论文题目:农资-农产品供应链协同模型研究

摘要:

农产品具有种类繁多、生产周期长、易腐、市场需求不稳定等特点。传统的农产品供应链呈现组织结构松散、合作不稳定、各主体间协同度低等特征。农资是农产品的原材料,农资供应链与农产品供应链紧密相连。传统的农资供应链环节多、组织结构分散、流通效率低下,再经由多级零售商层层加价,导致农资价格逐年攀升,直接影响农产品的生产成本。

随着农业产业化的稳步提升,龙头企业、第三方物流企业等核心企业的数量逐年增加,农资、农产品供应链的组织模式随之出现。然而,农业问题依旧层出不穷,如农产品质量安全和滞销问题,假化肥、假农药事件等。根源在于现有的组织模式无法彻底改变农资供应链的二元分化结构和农产品供应链的内在不稳定性。因此,本论文选题为农资-农产品供应链协同模型研究,旨在通过设计一种农资-农产品供应链协同模式,构建农资-农产品供应链协商模型,实现农、资一体化,加快农业产业化进程。

论文的主要研究工作和创新如下:

1)设计了农资-农产品供应链协同模式。首先,介绍了农资、农产品供应链现有的组织模式。然后,创新性的设计了以第三方物流企业为中心的农资-农产品供应链协同模式,针对该模式的需求分析、结构设计、运作机制和支撑体系进行了研究。最后,分析了该模式与现有组织模式相比较的优势。

2)构建了基于Agent的农资-农产品供应链协商模型。首先,分析了农资-农产品供应链协同与Agent协商结合的必要性和可行性。然后,设计了基于Agent的农资-农产品供应链协商框架、协商协议;基于不同的协商对象,构建了不同的自适应协商策略,主要包括基于诚信和风险偏好的评估函数、基于时间依赖和资源依赖的学习函数和基于行为依赖的生成函数;设计了协商策略求解步骤。最后,基于供应链上各主体之间的产品数量关系,构建了第三方物流企业的最终合作伙伴选择模型。

3)通过案例分析验证了模型的有效性。首先,以河南省某第三方物流企业为例,介绍了该企业的网点布局和现状,构建了以该企业为中心的农资-农产品供应链协同模式。然后,基于河南省4个农业合作社、4个连锁超市和3个农资供应商的偏好信息,通过仿真实验,验证了协商模型的有效性。最后,基于仿真结果,设计了以该企业为中心的农资-农产品供应链协同物流计划。

Abstract:

Agricultural products have the characteristics of long lead time, perishable and unstable demand. Traditionally, agricultural products supply chain has the features of loose structure, unstable cooperation and low collaboration among different parties. Agricultural materials are the source of agricultural products, so agricultural materials supply chain is closely linked with agricultural products supply chain. Traditionally, agricultural materials supply chain has so many links, loose structure and poor circulation efficiency. After the increase of price from every retailer, the price of agricultural materials rise every year. It has direct influence on the cost of agricultural products.

With the improvement of agriculture industrialization, the volume of leading enterprises and third party logistics enterprises increased every year, which cause the appearance of agriculture organization pattern. However, there still have so many agricultural problems, such as the safety and unsale of agricultural prodcuts, the false of agricultural materials. The mainly reason is that current organization pattern cannot solve the dual differentiation structure of agricultural materials and the intrinsic instability of agricultural products. Therefore, this paper focus on the topic of a supply chain collaboration model for designing a collaboration pattern and building a negotiation model for agricultural materails and products, to come ture the collaboration between agricultural materials and agricultural products, then increasing the progress of agricultural industrialization.

The main researches and innovations of this paper are as follows:

(1) This paper designed a collaboration pattern for agricultural material and agricultural products. Firstly, we introduced current organization patterns for agricultural materials and agricultural products respectively. According to the demand analysis, we designed a collaboration pattern supported by third party logistics enterprise based on analyzing the network structure, operation mechanism and support conditions. At last, we compared the collaboration pattern with current patterns for its advanteges.

(2) This paper built an agent-based negotiation model for agricultural materials and agricultural products. At first, we analyzed the necessity and feasibility of combining the supply chain collaboration with agent-based negotiation. After that, we designed an agent-based negotiation framework and protocal for agricutral materials-products supply chain. According to different negotiation object, we designed different adaptive negotiation strategy, which includes evaluation function in terms ofintegrity and risk preferences, concession function in terms oftime and resources, and generation function in terms ofbehaviours. Then we designed the negotiation solving process. Finally, we built a final partner choosing model for the third party logistics enterprise based on the quantity relationship among all the parties.

(3) This paper verified the effectiveness of the negotiation model by using a case study. Firstly, we introduced the network layout and current situations. Then we estabilshed a supply chain collaboration pattern supported by the third party logistics enterprise. Secondly, based on the preference information of farmers, supermarkets and agricultural materials suppliers, we verified the effectiveness of the negotiation model by simulation experiment. According to the simulation result, this paper designed a collaboration logistics planning for the third party logistics enterprise.
