论文题目:基于安卓的冷链物流车载监控系统

摘要:

随着经济的发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,人们的消费观念也逐渐发生变化,食品消费特征从温饱型逐步过渡到营养健康型,人们开始追求高质量、安全放心的食品,对食品新鲜度的追求逐渐成为一种市场需求,正是由于这种需求的增长,推动着冷链物流行业的进步。然而,长久以来流传的“重生产、轻流通”的思想严重阻碍了冷链物流的发展。然而冷藏链体系的不完善,作业环境的不达标,造成了冷链环节损耗严重的现状,因此监控冷链物流各个环节来确保食品质量安全,变得很有意义。论文结合日益成熟的安卓开发技术开发的冷链物流监控系统,具有移动性能好、开发成本低廉等特点,同时也具有广阔的应用前景和市场价值。

论文在分析冷链监控系统需求的基础上,以冷链运输环节环境参数为研究对象,利用物联网技术和安卓开发技术开发一个基于安卓的冷链物流监控系统。通过对系统的总体设计,分析了监测系统的组成,并对系统软硬件各功能模块进行设计实现,本文主要工作包含以下几个部分:

1)完成整个冷链监控系统的需求分析和总体方案设计。在对系统进行初步分析的基础上,完成了监控系统的总体需求分析、对系统进行了总体框架设计、并分别对系统的软硬件模块进行方案设计。

2)完成冷链监控系统硬件模块设计。对系统进行硬件选型,原理图设计、各功能模块及外围电路设计,完成冷链监控系统的数据采集、处理、传输电路的设计工作。

3)完成基于Android平台的应用软件设计。这其中包括:软件UI设计、系统各功能模块设计、数据接口设计及环境数据的图形化显示。

在完成冷链监控系统的设计之后,本文通过设定相应实验环境,对系统进行一系列的测试,记录测试过程,并针对测试中出现的问题展开分析,提出解决方案,验证系统可运行性。

Abstract:

With the development of economy, the standard of people's living improves continually, at the same time, people's consumption concept also changes gradually, and people's food consumption characteristics has transform from subsistence type to the nutritional health type gradually, people begin to pursue food with high quality, the pursuit of the freshness of food gradually become a kind of market demand, and the growth of the demand drives the progress of the cold chain logistics industry. However, the traditional ideology of “heavy manufacturing, light circulation” seriously hindered the spread of cold chain logistics.The imperfection of cold chain system and the unstandard of the working environment has lead to the situation of serious loss of cold chains, thus it becomes meaningful to monitor all aspects of the cold chain logistics to ensure food quality. With the help of android technology, we developed the cold chain logistics monitoring system, which has a series of characteristics such as good mobile performance and low cost of development, besides the system has broad application prospects and great market value.

Based on the analysis of system’s monitoring demand, we chose environment parameters of transportation link as the research abject, we exploit the cold chain logistics monitoring system by using the technology of Internet of Things and android. Via the overall design of the system, we analyzed the composition of the system and finally realized every functional modules of the system, the main work of the paper includes the following several parts:

1) completed the demand analysis and overall design of the entire cold chain monitoring system. Based on a preliminary analysis of the system, we completed the overall monitoring system demand analysis, the overall framework design, and completed the analysis and design of each module of the system’s hardware and software.

2) completed the design of the cold chain monitoring system’s hardware module. We made the hardware selection for the system, and made the schematic design, functional modules and peripheral circuit design, besides we completed the design work of the data acquisition, data processing, and data transmission circuit of the monitoring system.

3) completed the software design based on the Android platform. Including: the UI design, system’s functional module design, data interface design and the graphic display of environmental data.

After completing the design of the cold chain monitoring system, by setting the appropriate test environment, we do a series of tests to detect the system, and we also record the testing process, analysis the problems which appeared in the test and propose solutions to solve these problems and verify the system’s operability.
