摘要:

随着科学技术的发展,物联网技术已经成为当下一种相当热门的技术,很多公司、高校以及科研院所都投入了比较大的资源和精力来进行物联网技术研究。对于物联网技术的研究逐渐成为国、内外企事业单位及高校的主要研究对象。因此,物联网教育也成为当今社会情况下的一种需要,开发一种全方位、多功能并具有趣味性的物联网实验系统就成为了现在社会情况下的一种必要。

本文设计主要基于物流与机器人实验室与企业合作的物联网教育机器人实验箱项目,完成将机器人作为应用终端运用于物联网教学的实验系统设计。该物联网实验系统率先采用基于Arduino (核心处理器ATmega328 开发平台的硬件编程环境,非常适合刚入门的新手进行物联网相关知识的学习,具有良好的操作性与实用性。同时该实验系统独创使用物联网教学机器人进行教学,可以有效提高学生的学习能力与动手能力,大大增加学生的兴趣,具有良好的实用性。并且实验系统还提供了可进行界面设计的监控平台(智能LCD),学生可根据实验项目需要自由设计操作界面。

本文设计的物联网教学机器人实验系统主要包括两个部分——物联网教学机器人设计和监控平台设计与构建,物联网教学机器人采用ATmega328作为主控芯片,主要由机械结构体、主控模块,传感器模块,无线通信模块和动力模块组成。监控平台在软件设计方面,主要分为智能LCD平台的界面设计和基于Android智能移动设备软件功能设计。本文还将进行物联网教学机器人相关实验项目设计并实现以测试系统的性能和展示其趣味性。

Abstract:

With the development of science and technology, “Internet Of Things(IOT)” has become a rather popular technology, and now a lot of companies, universities and research institutes have invested more resources and energy for studying the technology. IOT technology research has become one of the main research fields in the enterprises, institutions and universities at home/abroad. Internet of things. Therefore, education of IOT has become a need in today's social situation, now it’s necessary to develop of a comprehensive, multi-functional and funny IOT experiment system.

The design is based on the project of a IOT education robot experiment platform which complete the robot as an applied terminal used into the IOT teaching experiment system. The experiment system based on the Arduino development platform hardware programming environment, which is suitable for novice to IOT related knowledge in the subject of study, with good operability and practical. At the same time, the system use IOT robot to teach, can effectively improve the students' learning ability and practice ability, greatly increase the interest of students, has a good practicability. And it also provides the interface for students to design monitoring platform with intelligent (LCD) according to the related projects.

The designed system mainly consists of two parts: the hardware platform design of IOT education robot and the design of software platform for monitoring, the IOT education robot used ATmega328 as the control chip, mainly consisted by the mechanical structure, the master control module, sensor module, wireless communication module and power module. The Monitoring platform can be divided into intelligent LCD interface design and based on the Android intelligent mobile device software function design. At last, this article will also set some experiments to test the performances of the system.
